Drawing Backwards

I firstly would like to thank all of the people who actually read my stories and look at my junk (AND COMMENT!)

Now that that's out of the way...

I know I draw... Funnily. I have a weird style I've put together from looking at many peoples things that I like and then working to get it to look correctly. And then I twist it and make it my own.

As (some of) you know, I was recently working on my chibi army.

I gave up.

Chibis don't have the intesity that I like to work on my work with. Maybe I'll use my knowledge to someday draw a comic book of something. Or at least some comical pictures. Until then, they're on hold.

I have slightly shyed away from my stories and such (since most people don't read them) And I decided that I shall work on my coloring.

Speaking of coloring, the reason I'm donig this now (instead of crappy crayola pencils) is that I now have an on-computer program called, most of you have probably heard of it, Gimp.

It's working fine for me, and I'm glad it was suggested, and I figured out how to use it. If only I could find a good tutorial for it.

I'm back to trying to draw cartoony/realistic things again, as you may (or may not have) noticed. This would be all those funny little furry people things that I happen to love drawing and writing about (I don't care what you say).

Well, now that I can't think of anything else to inform you of (or rant about, or bore you.... or something else) I shall let you go to live your lives.

Congratulations for reading this far. And I still don't know how to make te journals look pretty.

I looked at some of your progress shots! your fairly good at gimp considering your just starting (I couldn't figure it out...) The coloring and shading are very good.

I would like to see his other half though...

You can only make pretty journals if you buy a week/month/year subscription to devart, then you can use CSS for your journal.

Well thanks for the vote of confidence, and I'm posting his other half almost now, but... I still can't draw heads connected to people properly!

And that costs too much for my $0 per hour pay, so... I guess I'm stuck with the boring. Ah well.

Thanks for the help!
